About Han
Han Ser is a member of USQ’s ground lease team and is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing on real estate investments.
Prior to joining USQ, Han was a private equity lawyer in London focused on complex M&A transactions and real estate transactions. As an attorney, Han has advised leading private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and global corporates on over $15 billion worth of transactions, including over $3 billion worth of real estate transactions.
Han holds an LLB from King’s College London and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
