About Mary
Mary Ziegler is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Union Square Capital Partners.
She also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer to the USQ Core Real Estate Fund. Previously, she served as Chief Compliance Officer for TFS Capital, a SEC-registered investment adviser that managed mutual funds and hedge funds. Prior to TFS Capital, Mary was an attorney at Blank Rome LLP, specializing in investment management and securities law. Mary is Chatham Financial's General Counsel, Union Square Capital's parent company.
She graduated from University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D.) and University of Virginia (B.A.).
