Grayson Sanders

Grayson Sanders is Special Advisor for Union Square Capital Partners.

Previously, Grayson was Founder and Chief Investment Officer at PREDEX Capital Management. Prior to PREDEX, he was President of CNL Fund Advisors; Managing Director, AIG Global Real Estate; Executive Managing Director, CB Richard Ellis Investors; Director-Real Estate, Ameritech Pension Trust; President, Lend Lease Investments; Co-Founder, The Landsing Corporation.

Grayson has served on the Board of Directors for Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). He has also served as President of the Stanford Business School Alumni Association. Grayson received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
